Jessamy: “Could you tell me which update you installed? We haven’t had anyone else report this problem.”
User: “Well, it would have been before version 4.0, probably version 3.2, and I just don’t see why you’d ever have an update do something like that… blah blah”
Version 4.0 was released 3 years ago and 3.2 was released nearly 6 years ago!! And now this problem (which was probably completely unrelated to any updates) is suddenly unacceptable and urgent. Argh.
