Solitare hates me May 29, 2006

You know I once made a personal rule to the effect of how I wouldn’t post when brain functions are impaired (either by lack of sleep, being sick, or mental exhaustion). I bet you folks are glad that I never listen to myself. So lets see where my woozy brain wanders too. I’m still waiting on venezuela pictures from bob and deloy, which makes me think I need to hound them about it. And Solitare hates me. Its true, I just played 12 games in a row and only won on the last one. One could argue that sickness has rendered my solitaring skillz impotent, but thats ludicrous and I’ll be forced to shoot a stern glance at anyone who suggests it. Of course right now the 3D rendering systems of my computer hate me, so I can’t play anything involving 3D because it causes my system to lock up after a bit. I’d reinstall windows but I’m too lazy too (which is why I’m playing solitaire, and I bet you thought my thoughts were wandering at random). Michael and Sam are leaving for their new home in Peoria soon. A shame really, less people for me to pester. The reactions my previous post about online dating so far seem to be tied between those who are surprised that EHarmony rejects people, and those who are shocked at the idea that I’m not be entirely a stranger to dating sites. *shrugs* Good to know I’m not becoming too predictable in my “old age”. Speaking of old age, my brother’s birthdays are coming up in a week or so, hopefully I remember to call when the dates actually arrive. Oh and it seems I have been designated kitty feeder while dan and julie are out of town. I have UHF and Sneakers on my tivo right now, two great movies though for entirely different reasons (you’ve probably never heard of Sneakers, imagine a hacker movie that you wouldn’t feel sheepish being caught at the theaters watching by more technical friends). Well maybe I’ll go watch something stashed on my Tivo. Remember to keep your stick on the ice and never let them see you doodle in the margins.

Huh I just won like 5-7 hands in a row. Guess it felt guilty.

Sneakers is a great movie…Sydney Poitier, Robert Redford, even an appearance by James Earl Jones…
